I would not recommend this store to anyone. I have had nothing but trouble with them over fixing what should have been a simple fix on my daughter's prom dress. The seamstress they have obviously doesn't know how to sew. I tried to reason with them and get the dress fixed , they don't want to work with you unless it is costing you more money and time out of your day. The dresses are way over priced for the quality and condition that they are in.

They are so nice and have great dresses!. I had a bridal appt. on Sat at Sophia’s and LOVED it! I could tell the staff really cared about helping me and listened to what I wanted. They told me I had an hour and half for the appointment and introduced me to a bridal consultant that worked solely with me the entire time. This was very different from the other stores where the staff was working with several people and in and out of my appt. I loved that they cared so much. I also found a great dress that isn’t like anything else I saw at other stores! We found maids and tuxes that we will definitely book too! Thanks Sophia’s for making my experience special!

I felt like an inconvenience. I was actually really surprised that this bridal store received such good reviews. I actually had a very different experience. Firstly, it was a day after my engagement and with my mom being in town she wanted to take me dress shopping just to get an idea of what I like. My one piece of advice, NEVER walk into this bridal store without an appointment! I have never been snubbed so obviously in my life. The sales lady made it very apparent that we were a huge inconvenience to her when all we wanted to do was take a look at what they had to offer. I was ready to leave, but my mom asked if it was an inconvenience if we took a look. Just mentioning the word "inconvenience" perked her right up for about 5 minutes. Let's just say I was willing to spend $2000 on the perfect dress and I would travel 100 miles to avoid Sophia's Bridal even if they had the same one. The customer service was just that bad.

if you want something different. Well I thought I would only fall in love once until I found my dress! I just bought my bridal gown at Sophia's tonight and am so happy. I have been shopping for 6 months and everything looked the same! They had alot of different styles that i didn't see anywhre else that actually fit me too (size 12-didn't know it was going to be so hard). 2 girls helped me and both of them knew alot. One girl actually ppulled the gown I bought- I never would have tried it on my own. This was the best experience I have had anywhere. They were the first people in 6 mos. that treated me the way I thought a bride was suppose to be treated. Loved everything about it! I will definitely go back for my maids and tuxes.

Impressive Boutique. This place stands alone on its customer service level. They were so patient with me when I was picking out my dress. I was very indecisive about 3 dresses at their store and the girl I worked with discussed all the details w/ me and my mom until we felt 100% comfortable with THE ONE. I stare at a pic of my dress every day! Can't wait to walk down the aisle.

One person can make it all!!!. We bought a $400 prom dress from Sophia's and after looking all day it was a breath of fresh air to find such a beautiful collection and Vara our associate was wonderful. She took great care of us and would highly recommend her for her customer service skills. Chris was great when we checked out, explaining everything to us about the care of the dress and proper storage. We even purchased a special bag, that was only $3 that I would highly recommend. We saw some dresses at other stores that were damaged from rubbing together and this bag prevents that. We did encounter a customer service person who seemed to be stressed and was not very nice, but the store took care of it and they apologized for the incident. I feel like I was the customer and I was right! Isn't that the motto of good customer service?

BEST BRIDAL IN INDY. This shop is so awesome. First off you get assigned a person who only works with you. Our girl was very friendly and knowledgable and helped me try things on that I didn't think would look that good but ended up finding the dress of my dreams. The best part was the gown she recommended looked the best on my hips and was lower priced than all of the ones I liked. So I felt like they truly were trying to help me and not just sell me a higher priced gown. (the girl could have just agreed with my choices) We also found a dress for my mother there and ended up with are tuxedos from there to. WIth the tuxes they helped answer all of our questions and helped us plan things around our special day. Again not just shoving the most expensive things down our throat like the tux shop in the mall tried to do. Sophias was the best around-we went to all the northside stores also and didn't get near the personalized attention we got here. In fact so many of the north stores were snotty or so big you felt like you were just another number in a huge place. You're making a mistake if you don't try Sophia's

Overpriced and Worse. While this store may contain nice dresses, I found them to be overpriced. Once we paid for our dresses in full, the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. The staff didn't have time to show us how the bow on my sister's wedding dress was supposed to be tied. Don't use their recommended person for alterations! She wanted $20 to adjust a halter. They recommended sizes that were too large and then recommended their overpriced alterations. They also illegally charged my credit card without my authorization because they had the number on file.

Great customer service, better prices than other shops in town, correct measurements for my b.maids. Got my bridal gown at Sophia's and had a great experience. They were very kind and fun to work with. Had a sense they treated us just like family. Always knew our name. Measured my girls for their bridesmaids correclty so they didn't have to get alterations. On top of that we recieved a huge discount on b.maids since we also got our tuxes there. Which was cheaper and had alot more colors for ties and vests than the chain place my groom originally thought about going to. Would highly recommend this store and their attitude.
