Ripped off once too many times at henrys. Ive been a loyal and frequent customer of Henrys forever but that all changed with the coming of the new morning crew at Henrys. Ive always went to Henrys for a heatlthy breakfast of Fruit , Granola and Yogurt and have happily paid for the overly priced breakfast because of few alternatives on Mass Ave , i also liked the morning crew.That all changed last week when the old morning crew disapperaed and two new guys arrived as did new slow service and drastically cut food portions. Beginning last week , along with the new morning crew , came very slow service and they cut my breakfast portions by way over half . When i mentioned the greatly reduced portions to the new server he had major additude but made it right. Today Sept 8 , 2009 they cut my portion by even more and when I mentioned this to the server he said , "That's the way management required me to prepare this dish"t " . I nicely asked for the manager , (he claimed he was the owner ) who wouldnt even speak with me about my problem and quickley dismissed me and didnt want to hear that im a long time daily customer. He then said he would refund my money however then proceeded to wait on new customers , acted like I wasnt even there and refused to even give me back my orginal order. Im out my 10 bucks but found Hoaglins to Go just West on Mass Ave and enjoyed a wonderful breakfast and was treated great by the Hoaglin staff . Do yourself a favor and keep away from Henrys and try Hoaglin -To Go on Mass Ave. Too bad a great place was runined by selfesh ownership who doesnt care about running a friendly Mass Ave establishment .

Great place to spend time. Henry's is recently under new ownership. The interior has been completely redone and is much improved. They offer good coffees and teas and delicious desserts. My favorite aspect is the sidewalk seating where you can sit with your coffee and paper and watch the world go by. Located near the artsy Mass Ave district, there always seems to be foot traffic to see and be seen.
