Sony Style in Keystone Crossing has some of the rudest employees and they are prideful of it!

by ROBTITAN at Citysearch

I recently visited the Fashion Mall at Keystone Crossing and decided to purchase a new flat screen after purchasing my Bose System across the way from them. I had spent a few thousand $$$ on a sound system and planned on cutting no costs on the screen. I went into the Sony store and within a few minutes of being in the store the employees start asking why I bought Bose. Throughout the entire time other employees were saying "Ooooo Bose". They were so concerned about my sound system they didn't even try to sell me a flat screen. I ended up leaving after finally breaking free of my Bose hater! I ended up buying a great Samsung LCD and love my entire entertainment system. Not to say I wouldn't be happy with a Sony TV but after that experience and being told that the product I purchased has no quality, I'd rather give my money to a company that appreciates their customers decisions to buy what they want with their own money! After that experience I also bought a Samsung Bluray instead of Sony... purchasing decisions go that deep, and Sony should keep a closer eye on their customer service and sales team because they are costing the company money!

  • Pros: Some pretty cool products
  • Cons: They hate anyone who owns other brands of product other than Sony ,even if you could be their customer!!!
