FABULOUS!. After reading all the reviews, I made an appointment with Elena and she did a fabulous job fixing the mess my last stylist made with my hair. I left the salon feeling gorgeous with an up-to-date hair style. The salon has a cozy, comfortable atmosphere, the magazines are current and I cannot begin to tell you how thrilled I am with Elena and my hair. The reviews were spot on and I highly recommend this salon.

My favorite salon experience by far, Jessica's the best!. I've been a satisfied client of Jessica's for almost 4 years now. She always does a nice job on my highlights, my color and cuts. Keeping my color and cut very current with the style trends. My most favorite thing is the keratin smoothing treatment that she introduced me to about 2 years ago. My hair has never been the same since, in a very good way! It has changed my morning routine and cut my blow dry time more than half. I've done it about every 5 months or so to tame my frizzy, half curly-half straight hair.

I want to share my experience since I get so many compliments on my hair and hear the same complaints from other woman that I used to have. I will never have to worry about humidity ruining my style again. It's almost wash and go on my lazy days, which was never possible before.

Thank you Jessica for all the wonderful work you have done on my hair over the years, and for giving me the inside scoop on your current keratin deal. See you in 6 weeks with my coupon!

Very pleased with my experience!. I recently made an appointment with Elena at Trichology salon. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend anyone who is wanting a great cut or color to give them a try! I had trouble getting to my appointment on time--I was running almost 30 mnutes late (!!)--but when I called Elena she said she could still take me. I felt awful for being late since I know these women rely on their clients to show up and be on time to scheduled appointments. She made me feel relaxed though and got started right away. I got about 6 inches cut off and had her color it a bit darker than my natural color. She also put in some great layers. I was really in need of a great cut (since it had been over a year), and wanted it to make me feel better about my appearance. Elena did such a fantastic job and it was a pleasure meeting her. My friends and family have made lots of comments too and love what she did. She is very friendly and talented. I will be sure my next appointment is her!

LOVED it!. I moved to Carmel close to two years ago...after having two unfortunate experiences as other "prestigious" local salons, I drove to my stylist in downtown Chicago. I wasn't risking another bad experience.

I decided to try Trichology and Elena after reading the reviews on Citysearch. I was still really apprehensive, but my hair needed attention...and I just didn't want to drive three hours.

Elena was GREAT! I am SO picky with my color and cut...and both turned out beautifully. I have received so many compliments.

Elena was honest, asked lots of questions, and provided great feedback on what I might really want with my cut and color.

I am thrilled! No more long drives!

I HIGHLY recommend Trichology and Elena!

Elena is the best!. Several months ago I switched to Trichology after being with another salon for 8 years. Elena knows exactly how I like my hair to look and she always listens to what I need. Trichology has a great atmosphere and I always look forward to the days I have my appointments. Elena is not only a great stylist but a great friend!

Enjoyed Elena. I recently moved to Indy and was looking for a salon. I was going through the Visitors Guide and noticed Trichology Salon was listed and it had received high ratings so I decided to give them a try. I called and made an appt. with Elena to have my hair cut and colored. I have to say this is probably the best haircut I have ever had and my color is awesome. You know you have a good cut when you can style it yourself and it looks just like the stylist did it. Elena took the time to explain why she chose the hair color she did and how to blow dry my hair. I look and feel so much better. Thank you, Elena!

Shawnett is a masterful stylist!. Shawnett is an absolutely masterful stylist! Every cut, color and highlight I have ever gotten from her has been nothing less than perfection. I have been a faithful client of hers for many years. She is a great listener and is always up on the latest trends, techniques and products. She invariably takes as much time as is necessary with you. Shawnett also has a delightful, warm personality that makes sitting in her chair a relaxing retreat!

A+ review for Trichology. I just want to say how much I have enjoyed having my hair cut and styled at your salon by Shawnett. She has been cutting my hair for many years, and I ALWAYS get compliments after I've had my hair cut. Shawnett has a lot of experience, is thorough, and very friendly! I recommend her to everyone I know!

Hair no longer held hostage. Wow! Before Elena, I drove many miles to have my hair cut and colored. I have tried many other stylists and salons in Carmel and Indy but none can hold a candle to Elena. She clearly rises above other sylists and colorists. I have very fine and flat hair. She is able to bring my hair back to life. I no longer need to drive to Chicago for my hair. Thanks Elena!!

Stylist that works with CURLY hair!. I have always had curly hair. Biggest problem is that when I would get it cut, I could never get the same look as I did when I got out of a salon. Went to Elaina, she listened to the pro's and con's about my hair. Elaina not only gave me a great haircut, she took the time and taught me how to style my hair. I love my hair now....I have referred many people to Elaina, everyone with different hair issues.....we all have shared our "chair" stories, we are all happy! WISH I KNEW YOU 20 YEARS AGO!!!!
