It VERY aggravating that they don't have someone to answer the phone and that when you do leave a message, they don't bother to call back. Will probably leave this salon...no excuse for no customer service. Too bad because I have had great haircuts.

High Integrity Hair by Trichology!. I have searched high and low for a salon that is both classy, but relatable and affordable. I have had many a hair 'scare' and was afraid to try yet another salon, but I will search no further. From the moment you walk in you feel welcome and as if they truly care about you. As for me I walked in with a godawful color and cut and they still made me feel beautiful and made me feel even more beautiful upon me leaving with my brand new, beautiful color and hair cut! I am not one to get on and leave reviews unless the service is either really good or really bad, but I felt compelled to spread the word about this amazing salon.

My stylist is Elena, but they are all PHENOMENAL. Expect a day of pampering and comfort in their posh new location. I didn't see their old location, but the new one is really classy and fun and in such a good location!

Thank you Trichology for finally giving me a salon home:) Elena even texted me and let me know I matter to her:) She really LISTENS and gives you advice. Other salons tell you what you should do, but she wants you to leave happy so she will do what is right for your hair while still making sure you LOVE IT!

Thanks everyone at Trichology. I will be spreading the word!

Fantastic Salon, love Elena!. This salon is so good, I love the presentation of it and my stylist Elena was so good with my color that I will become a regular. I have only been once and i had a pretty drastic color change and Elena listened to everything i wanted and made a few suggestions, and I am so happy with my hair, I will definitely be going back and would strongly recommend to anybody looking for a great cut/color and a really great price!!

Best Colorist in Town. I've been seeing Jessica for several years now and my hair has never looked or felt better. She is always up on the latest hair techniques and has my hair in the best condition it has ever been. She only hires the best for the salon and you will not be disappointed with whoever you get to do your hair. I've had lots of bad experiences with hair color and cuts in the past, but I can honestly say that I have not had ONE since going to Trichology. You will love it!

BEST Salon experience from phone call to check out.. You must all know about Taylor Faith & Trichology Salon. I was in need of a few highlights, my roots touched up and a trim. I was able to get in with Taylor right away! This salon just relocated to my favorite shopping spot, Clay Terrace. Taylor just moved here from D.C. Her profile on the website fit the type of stylist I needed. She's an award winning stylist in D.C. and won high marks with me.

Her consultation, perfect. My highlights were done with papers, really cool, then she toned my all over color. Her cut was the best I've received in years! Her attention to detail and to me was much appreciated and needed.

The salon is gorgeouse and welcoming. I highly recommend everyone give this place a try. Thanks Taylor!!

Finally a great salon experience & color correction.. After being lured in by all the positive reviews of two other area salons, and receiving awful customer service, color, cuts and highlights and extremely expensive bills...I finally found Shawnett. I called the salon in a panic after a horrible color job and cut I received the night before at another salon. She was able to kindly squeeze me in last minute on a Saturday. She worked her magic and fixed my multi red punk rock color. I look like myself again, just enhanced with a great color.

I'm excited to have finally found a truly knowledgable stylist and salon that is welcoming and really cares. I loved my first visit at the salon and look forward to my next one with Shawnett. One very happy customer!!

Very pleased!. My daughter and I were very pleased with our recent visits to the Trichology Salon. Elena is very talented and has a gift at helping you with a style and color that best suits you. Additionally, my daughter and I both got Keratin treatments and were very happy with our results. Elena has a very pleasant personality, which makes the time spent with her enjoyable. She has a lot of experience and it shows!!

LAURA is the BEST. LAURA is an embodiment of the salon's relaxed, fun, yet professional atmosphere. LAURA always makes sure I look my best when I leave, no matter how much extra work it takes. I highly recommend going to Trichology - don't forget to ask for LAURA!!

Jessica is a Pro. Jessica is an amazing colorist and always looks out for what is best for the health of your hair. She stays on top of trends and can listen and interpret a clients needs and wishes.

I've been seeing Jessica for almost 2 years now and I've been pleased with the results after EVERY visit. She even worked with the changing needs of my hair during and post pregnancy. My additional hair growth was incredible and we decided the best way to keep my hair manageable was with a Keratin treatment, all the while keeping up my blonde origins.

Highly recommended!!
