I was notified at the last minutes that i needed to move. I called many companies and the only company that was able to move me the very next day was master movers. When i called the office to set my move up i was told that i could get a truck and 3 men for 85 bucks an hour they gave me an estimate of $595.00. When the 3 men showed up at my door to move me there was no playing around they started working immediately. They started loading all my boxes first and covered my furniture and had the truck loading in just under 2 hours, off to my new home and had my stuff in my home in under 1 hour. I thought the price of $595 was cheap for what i had and my final cost was only $340.00. I do recommend master movers to anyone that needs to move. They are fast workers and they were very professional. Thumbs up !!!!!

Marilyn, I wanted to let you know what a great job you did as my sales rep and how much i appreciate how hard Louis and Alfredo work to move our furniture and other household items. You gave us a non binding estimate of 4 hours the guys finished the job in 3 hours and 15 minutes. I know it is not easy to keep moving in this cold weather but the guys worked nonstop and for a more than fair price. thanks again to all of you.

I had hired another company to come and help me and my family move last week, on the very same day of the move that moving company didnt show not even a phone call, so we started our search again and contact master movers, lucky for us master movers was able to come the same day i called and help us with our move. I have spoken with Barbara and she promised that our truck would arrive between 3-5 pm the truck did arrive at 3:30. on time all in uniform they looked very professional, not only did they look professional but they all worked together as as team and got my move done quickly. If you need a moving company call master movers first i definitely recommend them.

After doing a lot of research on the moving companies i was considering and despite of the bad reviews on master movers i took my chance and went with master movers anyways they were the cheapest an hour and fit my budget. I spoke to Barbara form the office at least 5 or 6 times before i finally set my date with her.Barbara gave me the price of only 85 bucks an hour (as i said they were cheapest) and about 6 hours of work

On the day of the move my crew of 3 arrived around 9am all in uniform looked very professional.

as i was doing all my paper work with the crew leader the rest of the crew started protecting my furniture and taking out my boxes to the truck the whole crew did a wonderful job worked as a team and got my move done in only 5 hours they did use a little packing materials on some stuff i didnt get a chance to pack.

I was very satisfied with master movers and the rest of the gang and will recommend this company to all my friends and family

way to go guys keep up the work i will use you again for my next move

Hang up or ask for someone else if a Barbar answers.

I was lied to in order to get my business and my money.

she will gain your confidence by telling you she has been in the business for 20 years, And how you are going to want to call her back and tell her how great the guys are she sent to you. She will tell you all you have to do is read your news paper and drink your cofee and think about what color you are going to paint the walls at your new place, the whole time she knows she has lied to you. BARBARA will give you a low ball estimate claiming her people can get the work done on less time than other companies, When you ask packing questions she will tell you not to worry she has include wardrobes and tape at no cost, Guess what on the day of my move I was charged for those things she said would be included. I could not believe any company would hire 2 out of the 3 movers she sent to me. They both looked like street thugs, The one who was suppose to be in charge Alex

I kept telling him and his partner Branten that i did not want them to use special wrap only what came with the estimate, they both kept whispering and then Alex was texting non stop and just kept saying man i about to get upset, They damaged my dresser and walls and tried to blame because i did not let them use plastic on it, how is plastic going to protect wood ??

I ended up having to pay out several hundred dollars i was not expecting to pay because of Barbar's lies ! I can not speak for all of their employees but I CAN TELL YOU STAY AWAY FROM THESE 3..If you do talk to Barbara make her put everything she tells you in writing or do not leave her a deposit.
