Ugh.... As a new Indianapolis transplant from Las Vegas, NV., I was so happy to find out that there was a Burlington Coat Factory in Indy! I had always enjoyed the store in Vegas & I needed a warm coat like yesterday!

My joy quickly vanished within 1 minute of entering this store. The first thing I noticed was the God awful smell as soon as I stepped inside. I don't know where it eminated from, but it was funky.

Deciding to brave it out, I went to the Ladies coat section. There were coats strewn on the floors, hanging (sans hangers) over the racks, and the sizes were in no order whatsoever. Realizing that it would take a long time to find my size/style I made to decision to take the easy way out to cut & run.

I don't understand how the management could allow their store to become such a disaster. Honestly, where's the pride?
