RUDE owner, Questionable business practices!. I have had contact with this business on both a personal and a professional level. I have been a patient, and have referred patients to this business. This review is limited to the OWNER ONLY! I have NO opinion of the current staff-- as for the last 7 years, I have refused to patronize this business. My patients returned to me with reports of rude behavior on the part of the owner to them. They were very appreciative of the (then) Mrs. Hamilton, who was an EXPERT in fitting clients for a garment. I have personally experienced this OWNER'S rudeness to me, and believe there was IMPROPER billing on my husbands insurance for a garment I received. We say that "hind-sight is 20/20" Given the owner's current fraud indictment, I wish I had expressed my concerns earlier. Whether this owner will be convicted or not, the REAL losers will be the many patients who have very limited options in this area from whom to receive these services...

Staff that truly listens!. I've had 2 DVT's in one leg and it's left me with varicose veins and swelling. I deal with that pain until sometimes I just can't walk or even lay with anything touching my leg. I was fitted for a pair (script from my doc). Expert measurments!) But my only problem is with my calf so much bigger than my ankle this causes creases in the front ankle area.

Thank you to the gals there for helping me out! They called my insurance, refunded me for what was needed and measured me for custom fit.

I'm giving them a 5 star review because I honestly needed the attention to my leg I getting.

This review is for all the staff there I have met. You are awesome!
