Dont shop Ostermans. My husband bought my wedding ring at the greenwood store. They tried to upsell him into the matching necklace as well. My husband said I just want the ring. My husband saved a while to get the exact ring I wanted. The salesman said no worries, we have a 12 month same as cash deal going on now. My husband told the guy that was a good deal and he bought both and put them on his new Ostermans credit card.

The ring made it 12 days after they told us it would be in. I finally pick my ring up. Then we get the first bill.

The salesmen did not tell my husband you had to put a certain amount down and about quite a few other things. When we called the card services they just said sorry You should have put the 20% down and they will not refund any interest charged. We paid off the card quick so as to not have to pay the interest we were told would not be charged for12 months. We will never shop there again and will cancel the credit we have with them.
