Honest and knowledgeable!.
I called Rick on the phone one day with no clue as to what I was doing. Rick took the time to answer all of my questions and has been educating me every time we talk. I have shopped for bullion and do know a bit but his insight has been helpful. Rick has a straight forward approach to doing business, What I would call "a no nonsense no BS fair price " I don't feel the need to keep him honest. This guy knows how to keep his customers coming back!!
