Say Goodbye To A Long Time Customer and Our Friends/Family. Very Disappointed. Have been going to WGP for years and just had a horrible experience in the service. Waited for an order-in and take out order for over an hour and offered nothing as an apology (including not even saying "I am sorry") . Will not being going back given there are 15 other pizza restaurants in the same zip code that have high quality food and good (or better) service. Would not recommend and, once again, very disappointed to have to part ways with what was a family (and extended family and friends) favorite spot. Your business will not survive if the service does not improve. Good luck because your competition is doing a much better job.…
Terrible. Was looking forward to trying out the pizza at this establishment. Had heard mixed reviews but wanted to give it a shot. A delivery that should have taken 45 minutes (stated by order taker) took nearly 2 hours. Extremely disappointing. When they finally showed up there was no apology and when I stated that they were extremely late the delivery person gave me a big long description about how busy they were. Customer Service Lesson #1: Customers do not care why you were late. If you are going to be longer than expected a courtesy call should be made. We don't want to hear your excuses. We will not be ordering again.…
Fantastic Family Friendly Establishment.
Wise Guys has been a staple in our neighborhood for at least 5 years. It's a great cozy atmosphere where the servers are exceptionally attentive and the food is delicious!
My husband is obsessed with the breadsticks. They're amazing! Sometimes, that's all he orders for dinner. I've personally ordered a variety of subs, pasta dishes and hot wings. Not once have I been disappointed. The drinks are one price ($1) and self-serve. So enjoy all you can.
The pizza can be ordered with a variety of cheeses, i.e. Provolone, Feta, etc. Another huge hit with my husband because he can order pizza with Provolone only. My daughter orders the steak sub without the bun. It's a nice tasty protein dinner at at a pizza joint.
The Owner, Sean, has a full-size video game with hundreds of games that is "free play". Sometimes, I like to have a go at the Ms. PacMan just to see if I still have it in me ;).
Nearly every dine-in experience results in seeing several neighbors and many regulars. Wise Guys is a great asset to the area. Many thanks to Sean and his wonderful staff (Josh, Mike, Kevin, Anna and others) for a operating a well-respected eatery.…
Best Pizza in Fishers!.
My wife and I get carry-out from here at least once a week and if we don't have it we miss it! This is a well run, family owned restaurant and they treat you like you are a friend.
The real kicker is the Pizza, it is phenomenol!!! Crust brushed with garlic butter, delicious sauce, fresh cheese and each pizza comes with little bullit sized breadsticks and a dipping sauce! Good stuff does not even begin to cover it.
If you have not been yet, you are missing out!…
RUDE treatment by server & her mom; owner's family?.
Visited Wise Guys for the first (and LAST) time with a friend and his mother. His mom had been going to Wise Guys several times a month. My first time there.
The waitress was rude and condescending. It took one hour to receive our food. I asked to speak to the manager after the waitress continued to speak rudely to me. She said "the manager can't come out here because he is busy". I replied " the manager is never too busy to speak to a customer with a problem".
From a table close by, a woman yelled out "why are you harrassing a teenage?" I replied " I am not harrassing anyone, I am asking for the manager". The lady, who turns out to be the server's mother said "Well, who the He** are you??" The entire restaurant froze and dead silence. I am just a few years older than the server and have my friend and his mother with me. I have never been so apalled, angry and frustgrated in my life!
My friend's mother said she comes there twice a month and will never come back. The woman said "Good, there's the door."
The manager came out and was nice, but the damage was already done. Is it possible this woman is his wife?? Why do adults insist on bullying young people, but when a young person asks for assistance and reports a problem, they receive no respect?…
