Tim Kelley has fabulous flowers and taste! I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome and he was so personable and easy to work with. When Tim had some last minute questions on the day
before my wedding, he had such a calm voice that I relaxed just talking with him. He came exactly on time to the church and met me there after he had set up the flowers to make sure that everything was as I had wanted. My photographer was thrilled with his choices for it make the photos look so much better. Had many guests ask who me who had done the flowers. They were elegant and perfect.
