WONDERFUL!. In October my husband and I got married in Carmel, IN. When planning the wedding I was very stressed about finding a florist because I’m not a huge flower person. Yet, my husband and I are very outdoor people. Tim did an amazing job of creating a beautiful outdoor theme that was elegant and refined. Everyone at our wedding kept complimenting us of the decor! They just couldn't believe this non-flower loving yet girly girl bride had such a breathtaking wedding! I would highly recommend Palmer Kelley Designs. They truly care about their clients!

Palmer Kelly's flowers are the best. I have used Tim Kelley, Palmer Kelley Designs for years for both my corporate events and personal flowers. I would not use anyone else. Tim's service, attention to detail, and quality of the flowers cannot be matched.

Best Florist in Indy!. I used Tim Kelley, Palmer Kelly Designs for my outdoor wedding. When I showed up to the wedding/reception site the flowers were so beautiful that I cried. The flowers made the whole wedding---people are still talking about them. Plus, Tim was so easy to work with---helping to give me ideas along the way---thanks Tim!

Fabulous Florist with attention to every detail. Tim Kelley has fabulous flowers and taste! I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome and he was so personable and easy to work with. When Tim had some last minute questions on the day before my wedding, he had such a calm voice that I relaxed just talking with him. He came exactly on time to the church and met me there after he had set up the flowers to make sure that everything was as I had wanted. My photographer was thrilled with his choices for it make the photos look so much better. Had many guests ask who me who had done the flowers. They were elegant and perfect.

WORST IN TOWN. The WORST Florist in Indianapolis. He cancelled on us the week of our wedding! After working with him for 3 months, he gave us only days to find another florist. He was RUDE and had no remorse. DO NOT, repeat DO NOT use Tim Kelley for your floral needs!
