LOVE THEM!!. The reviewer, cd12345, must be a very hard to please and miserable person, because I can't even imagine that with the experience I had, that any of that review could possibly be true. Kristine at Carmel Florist designed my wedding flowers. I had some odd and off-the-wall requests for an exotic look. Kristine listened closely, and easily realized what it was I was looking for and ran with it. THE FLOWERS WERE AMAZING!!! Absolutely GORGEOUS!! Not only were they above and beyond my dreams, but Kristine was friendly, fun, and sooo easy to work with. If there was one thing I was NOT stressed out about on my wedding day, it was the flowers! I would highly recommend that anyone who wants beautiful, high quality flowers and friendly service call Carmel Florist! Thank you again, Kristine!! You ROCK!

Prettiest flowers I have ever received!. My husband often gives me flowers....Sometimes he will pick them up from the local market...but on special occasions, he will have them delivered to my office from a florist. I recently got a new job in Carmel, so it was a first time for me to receive flowers from Carmel Florist. I must honestly say that they were the prettiest flowers that I have ever gotten! I was compelled to call the designer and let her know myself how happy I was. I reached the owner (who had also designed my flowers) and she was extremely friendly and thankful for my call. I am looking forward to the next special occasion so that my husband can send me more flowers from Carmel Florist....my desk was never prettier.

Friendly and personalized service!. I recently contacted Carmel Florist b/c I needed to order a 'thank you' arrangement for a friend who had done a great personal favor for me. I was at a loss as to budget, styles, flowers, ideas, etc. The owner, Kristine, was extremely friendly, helpful and patient with my indecisiveness. I ended up sending a gorgeous, colorful mix that included many seasonal flowers in shades of peach, yellow and greens. It was lovely! I will definitely call Carmel Florist the next time I need to send flowers - for any occasion. Thank you!

Ugly Flowers. Rude Owner. My floral arrangement of roses for Valentine's Day was the ugliest bouquet I've ever seen. My husband has been ordering the same color roses for 9 years but used this company this year instead. The vase was way too tall for the flowers (more than 75% of the total height). There was GREEN dye in the water for Valentine's Day of all days. The roses were terrible. The arrangement was stuffed with every type of greenery you can imagine. I called the store to notify them it was not acceptable. The OWNER told me it was MY fault we didn't describe it. My husband has done the same thing for years! We sure didn't ask for green water! I asked for a refund and told her they could even take the flowers back. (yes, they were so ugly I didn't want to keep them). She refused and again told me it was MY fault! Horrible experience. Worst florist in the state.
