Not so much.. It depends on who you get to do your nails. The woman I had was on the phone the entire time she was doing my nails. She was pretty rude to. My sister however got another girl who was friendlier and did a better job. It is not a welcoming environment but the job got done. We got there before three other costumers and they had to wait over an hour. They are understaffed as well.
