Best Color Ever!!. I moved to this area about 5 months ago. A co-worker referred me to Nicole. She is amazing. The hair cuts are very good but the color is exceptional. Headcase Salon & Nicole are the only way to go!

Pleasant Surprise!. I moved to Indiana four months ago and couldn't put off a cut and full color any longer. I am used to Philadelphia salons and was nervous about finding the same level of service here in Indy. But, I found it!

Nicole did an amazing job on my hair - the color is perfect and the cut is exactly what I wanted! I would recommend her to anyone and I will be making Headcase Salon my only choice for hair care from now on. Thanks, Nicole!!!

Upscale Salon with Great Staff. I've been a client of Nicole Hetzler's for a about a year and a half now and I love her! She's a very creative & professional stylist and she works with each of her clients' wants/needs. She's a very sweet girl and is very easy to talk to...I always leave happy and with a fresh, cute cut. I was recommended to Nicole by a friend who also has been a client of hers for a while now, and I'd recommend Nicole to others as well. She's great!! And the new location of the salon is very contemporary and stylish. All in all, a wonderful experience!

Left Very Very Happy!!!. Bought a "Living Social" coupon a few weeks ago for a haircut/highlight at a salon in Carmel. What a mess that turned out to be! Couldn't even see the highlights and my hair cut so uneven. Went to see Melissa at Headcase, after reading reviews, and what wonderful results!!! Highlights turned out perfect! Everyone there is very friendly. Got a fantastic hand massage too! Will definitely go back when it's time for a cut. I should go back to the other salon in Carmel and say "now see ... this is what highlights look like!"

Great experience. I would like to thank Ashley for her great ability to make you feel relaxed and pampered. She knew exactly what I was wanting in my haircut and that's not always easy to find in a hair stylist. She put a smile on my face and did an excellent job on my hair.
