Run as fast as you can to Winslow. I have been a client for three years. I look great, get a lot of compliments about looking younger. Triste is wonderful, professional with a dash of fun. She comes highly recommended, the credentials to back it up. Sometimes, she tells me no.... Her ," no freak" policy, gives her the right. The staff is kind, respectful, and so not pretentious! Dr. Winslow is ever present. Her very presence makes you feel comfortable. She is approachable and hard working. So if a Spa Treatment, Botox, Fillers, Rhinoplasty, Facelift, etc... this is the place to go if experience and RESULTS are your goal...

Run far far away from this place!! I bought a facial package last year and the first couple visits were ok, but then my experience was horrible. Every staff member is rude - even the lady doing my facial was talking about her staff in a negative way. This is not the way I wanted to "relax" hearing about everything that is wrong with your employers. Upon walking to check out there were three ladies behind the desk talking about how awful a patient was...isn't that a law violation?! The customer is never right in this place only their manager Triste is right, don't even try to question her about your bill. I'm sure I was talked about when I left as well.

And even after 5 facials, my skin doesn't even look like I had anything done to it! Hopefully, there are better places in Indy out there.

Incredibly talented and friendly!. I had a rhinoplasty 3 months ago with Dr. Winslow. I have ALWAYS hated my nose but was really nervous about letting someone cut open my face! I'm getting married later this year and decided it was finally time. After extensive research, I settled on Dr. Winslow.

From the moment I met her, she made me feel incredibly comfortable. She even seemed excited to get to transform my nose! The whole process was so smooth. I never had any pain and no bruising. As a nurse, I can say that Dr. Winslow is one of the most caring physicians I've met. I cannot recommend her enough!

Finally got a facelift and the results are fantastic. I have to admit that I was scared because, well, it's your FACE we're talking about, and you are trusting it with someone you don't know and have only read about online. It's not botox or fillers or any of the spa treatments I read about in many reviews. It is SURGERY on my FACE which was a pretty good face, if I say so myself.

But many years ago i promised myself that when I saw the real signs of aging (jowls, flabby neck), I would get myself a face lift, come hell or no money... and I did. I put the whole thing on my credit card and if it takes 20 years to pay it off, it was still worth every single penny.

I look GORGEOUS. I can face myself in the mirror every single morning and think: WOW. Is that really me? Here are some random thoughts and observations:

1. I almost chickened out after Triste reviewed all the potential negatives. I swear, I was THIS CLOSE to asking for my check back. Then Lisa came in to soothe me and it worked. Probably the most convincing argument is that she sent her own mother (who has to be close to 80) to doctor Winslow. That meant something to me. So I forged ahead.

2. It all happens under twilight sleep, so no worries about dying on the operating table under general anesthesia and being on a ventilator...all that stuff is scary!

3. Yes, I thought I looked like a monster the first week but the bruising went away and that gigantic swollen neck and sides of my face went down too.

4. I'm in week three, at work, no one has any idea. People just think I lost a lot of weight (it helps that I have been on a diet for three months prior to this, and am still on that same diet, so they're used to seeing my appearance improve. I also have been growing my hair out, which looks great too. Nobody knows I've had a midline facelift! Yay!

5. I don't have any weird stretched outness around my lips. I was most concerned about this because my lips are my best asset and I didn't want to look phoney... well, this doctor is an artist. My lips just look like they always did, WITHOUT that downward turn that at the corners that I had begun to notice. Yipppeee!

6. I chose Dr. Winslow based on my online research, including this website. So yes, I was concerned to read the negative comments about her and her staff, and went into this expecting some bitchiness. Well, everyone was sweet and nice as can be. Dr. Winslow is down to earth, funny, plain spoken and nice. Lisi is darling. Triste is sassy and maybe that's an issue for some people, but I like sassy! She also conveys utter dedication to the client, and I felt that she was going to be on my side in every way. Other staff people were also great. I had no complaints about anyone.

There is something remarkably life-changing (at least for me) about this kind of surgery. The gift of this new neckline and face has given me immeasurable confidence. I no longer avoid the camera, I say: Take a picture of me! I don't worry about someone sitting on my side and seeing my droopy profile. I look, easily, 15 years younger. My son thought I looked 30 years old. I just say, hey - I've lost a lot of weight and I'm growing my hair out. I was fortunate in that I could take 3 weeks away from the office so no one saw me in the swollen stages. what little swelling is left (i have a little pucker near my ear) is covered by hair.

So that's my review. If you are considering a facelift, have a consultation with Dr. Winslow. I recommend her without reservation.

Tell your friends and family:) Q. Ive always had a fun and great experience every time I go. I've told all my friends and family about all the great services. We all go including the men! Even my friends and family who come in from out of town go here. They don't want to look for anyone in there area, they would rather travel back here to go to Winslow's office.

Permanent eyeliner. I had my eyes done at Winslow, and ALL of the people were kind and helpful. I was really impressed with how they made me feel like part of their family and truely concerned with my feelings.

WONDERFUL place and I recommend to all my friends.

Great Experience!. I recently had a facial and consultation for anti-aging maintenance and had a wonderful experience. I am going back for more. I've had a decade of facials and this one was by far the best. It was nice to be somewhere that didn't push there expensive products on me and only recommended a few things that I could add to my daily routine. I've had past facials done in spas, which is limited on products and procedures they can provide. I was ready to take it to the next level and I am so glad I did. Thank you Shannon see you at my next appointment!

Best In Tri-State Area & Beyond. This office came highly recommended to me and they

far exceeded the rave reviews. I did a lot of research for the best. I drove over 3 hours to have the best injection specialist who is one of the top rated in the country. Triste was wonderful and well worth the trip. I have gone twice now and I will never go anywhere else. She is so professional, yet warm, friendly & very gentle. She was so patient to answer all of my questions. She enjoys her profession and it shows as she takes such pride in what she is able to do.

My consultation with Dr. Winslow could not have been any better. She spent so much time answering my questions & concerns. She was very informative and up-to-date. I did not feel rushed in any way.

She has such a nice smile and made me feel so relaxed. I was able to view albums full of photos of her patients before & after surgery. All of the ladies in this lovely office were so kind , thoughtful and helpful in every way. I highly recommend Dr. Winslow, Triste and the entire staff for any of your facial needs...this is their specialty and you can feel confident that you will get the best the US has to offer.

One of the best offices around!. I understand why that poster kept using the word rude - she is a perfect example of rudeness! I had surgery almost 7 months ago and like the poster, met with Dr. Winslow and Terry first and BOTH of them were EXTREMELY helpful. My appointment was only scheduled for 45 minutes and my questions kept me in there for over an hour and half and not once did I feel rushed or not paid attention to! Terry went out of her way after I called her like 1000 times to answer all my questions and she couldn't be nicer about it! I have had botox since and the injector nurse is absolutely one of my favorite people! The office is so friendly - almost family like and I look forward to going there. Go through all the reviews on this page and see that more than the majority of people love this place! Everyone is entitled to their opinion but calling someone names just shows how much class you actually do not have.

Never Going Back!. I was scheduled for a consultation with Dr. Winslow and I had to pay a fee which was worthless because I only saw her for 5 minutes. The rest of my consult time was spent with Terri which was the worst experiences of my life. She is in no shape to be consulting women on getting plastic surgery when she looks like a skeleton and could use some procedures herself. She sounded like a car salesman and was very snippy and rude when I had a lot of questions. Which I think having a lot of questions is very important seeing I was ready to put my life and face in Dr. Winslow's hands. My consult started 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time and I felt rushed because of the late start. They tell you to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment and then start 20 mintues late? That's not good customer service. While I was sitting in the waiting room I felt very uncomfortable. The front desk was constantly crowded with all of the employees and they were being very loud and talking about there personal life. Which is very rude and unprofessional and I was also wondering is this office not very busy since these ladies have all the time in the world to chat and visit? I also got to see what happens when you do have an appointment with a injector nurse she was very loud and rude and announced in the waiting room that the patient was getting a filler and Botox. Isn't that against the law? I'm glad I got to spend plenty of time with everyone else in the office except Dr. Winslow. She may be a talented surgeon but, the atmosphere and her staff totally ruined any chance of me stepping foot into that office again or recommending it to anyone. I hope she reads this because chances are I'm not the only one who feel this way.
