really confused and dissapointed

I had to leave a comment after i saw that villaggio got the city search for best brazillian wax...WHAT A JOKE!!!!!! I used to go to Trisha Fish and she left after some shady stuff went down and went to Flirt Salon and Spa. i needed to get in for a last minute wax and she was booked on the day i needed in (it was VERY last minute) so i decided to call villaggio.
well they were able to get me in that day (probably because no one wants to go there anymore). I had THE worse wax of my life! my skin tore, i had a lot of hair left and when i called to get a redo they were gonna make me pay for it. The only reason they got that award was because Trisha used to work there...
I wouldnt waste my time going there again, and i have learned my lesson about straying away from what i know is the best.
so i highly recomend Trisha at Flirt Salon and Spa and NOT go to villaggio

Won't go back

My massage therapist has left Villaggio and I was extremely disappointed that they let her go. I refuse to go back. It seems like the spa is really changing and weird things are going on with the owner and the rest of the staff. What's happening?

Wonderful experience...

I just want to give possitive feed back to the entire Villaggio Staff. This is the 2nd time me and my girlfriends have been back for a spa party. The entire process was simple and easy. Also, for the second time Barb has helped me organize this event. Like alway it went off without a hitch and we had an awesome time. See you all again next fall.
You guys ROCK!!
