Carmel therapeutic massage. I was very aware of the importance of listening to what your body tells you. Unfortunately, I didn't completely understand what my body was saying and how to fix it. I suffered from Sciatic Nerve issues, knee swelling and lower back pain. But since I started going to massage therapist Jenny at The Ginkgo Tree in Carmel, almost 2 years ago, I no longer suffer from these problems. She helped me understand the things I thought I knew, and taught me better ways to treat these issues. Thanks to Jenny and her therapeutic sports massage, I can enjoy the activities I use to enjoy pain free!
