Late delivery, unfriendly service. My mother ordered a large vase of fresh cut flowers to cheer me as I had been sick for a week. She advised flowers were to be delivered the afternoon of April 9. I phoned her @ 7PM to advise no delivery had been made. She canceled the delivery @ 9am April 10. At 11:30 David, driving a Brookshire Florist van arrived at my home with a delivery. Due to the poor condition of the flowers when they arrived I would not have accepted delivery had I not known they were sent by my mother. the flowers were unwrapped, three stems were broken, one flower was dead, no food or care instructions were included. There used to be an advertisement: "when you care to send the very best....." My advise is flowers are a wise choice for any occasion, however, choose your florist carefully!

high class location...low class service. Ordered Valentines Day Flowers for my Sweetie. Was assured they would be delivered THAT DAY, to a location 1/4 mile from their store. Provided them with not one, but "TWO" phone numbers where I could be reached if there were any problems. NO FLOWERS DELIVERED. NO PHONE CALL TO EITHER NUMBER. Quoted a price $25.00 HIGHER than the price I was quoted in the morning to deliver the flowers TOMORROW!...and would not offer less than my original quote in the end to deliver. Bad attitudes...less than accomodating. After a big $$$ day like Valentines day...you would think they would be willing to make ammends for ruining the day for us. If it were my store, I would have provided the flowers the next day for free. Ever heard of "customer service"? I would have loved to been able to write a favorable review.

Best Florist Downtown. Doreen at Berkshire is the best! When ever I need something, I just call and she takes care of me every time.
