Indianas worst limo

I just got a limo from this business for my girlfriends senior prom. I ordered the 6 hour prom package for 595 plus the 120 gratuity tip. I had ordered the black limo. Went to pay for the limo, black one looked great. prom day came. I had to call the driver/owner to see where he was because he was 10 minuets late picking us up. When the limo arrived it was white and looked and sounded trashy. He didn't try to apologize or make things right by refunding anything. We got inside the limo, it was just as trashy as the outside. the package was supposed to come with non alcoholic champagne, there were no drinks except rusty bottles of water. When we went to dinner, he left to take a different group to prom! i had to call him again to get him back to my group. He ended up being 45 minuets late which made my group of 8 late to prom by an hour. If i could give this place a -10 i would. Never will i rent a limo from here again.
