Great Makeup Artist! Keep in mind for events!. I got my makeup done at Complexions for my wedding. I don't usually wear a lot of makeup so I was nervous that it might be too much to have a "makeup artist" do it for me. Lori did a great job of making me look natural. Plus, she used her airbrushing machine on me for my foundation--very cool! I'd never been airbrushed before, I just knew that celebrities did it, but anyway it was great. It stayed on all day long and it didn't feel heavy or cakey. If you are looking for a bridal makeup artist, ask for Lori! I was very happy with my results.

Great Service. In the past 2 years I?ve been trying to find a salon that caters to and promotes healthy hair. As a professional African-American women it' can be at times hard to find a stylist that is patient, knowledgeable, and professional to style your hair. I was referred to Tammika at Complexions day spa and she does an amazing job. Not only is my hair healthy, bouncy and soft, the salon/spa has a very relaxing environment and everyone is very nice and pleasant. I would highly recommend their services.

Still my favorite. Just wanted to update everyone.....Tammika is still my favorite stylist. My hair is really growing and it is very healthy. She helped me get through the hard part of growing my hair out and was very encouraging when I wanted to just cut it off again. I can see the difference in my hair from when I first started going to her until now. The receptionist are very nice as well and because I go to Tammika every two weeks, the girls know me by name and treat me very well. This is the ideal place for a professional woman like myself .

Relaxed and Rejuvenated. I was in Indianapolis for the week on business. I saw on citysearch that there was a spa downtown so i went in the beginning of the week. The stress of my job was showing in my back. I got a massage and loved it! When I walked in the smells immediately relaxed me and they had this delicous water with cucumbers. Who would have known? I loved it so much, before I went home I went back for the executive break and a shampoo. I plan to go back every time I have business in Indy. I loved it and I walked out feeling relaxed and stress free. I love the products, people, and atmosphere! Complexions may have started a new addiction for me and I love it.

BEST HAIR DRESSERS IN INDY. This salon was absolutely amazing. The highly trained stylists use a great italian color line as well as the take home Eufora products make your hair look and feel amazing, all natural and organic. Aslo I decided to add on a pedicure- great idea on my part!!! the pedicure room is slightly closed off from the rest of the salon and honestly they are thrones not just pedi chairs. You can recline, turn on the massage, and relax, and who doesn't love the great OPI colors. Next time I'm trying the Lava mud pedi that has a mud mask, paraffin dip and a longer massage. I suggest this to any red blooded human who likes to indulge in themselves occasionally or a little more often.

It's the best kept secret in Indy!!!. I work in dowtown Indianapolis, and I always used to drive by Complexions and think about possibly trying it out. So I finally made an appointment for an organic facial and brow wax. I'm so glad I went! The staff was really attentive and I had a great time. Donna did my facial, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone. I'll be back to this spa! I'm going to get a massage next!! :)

Go here! Amazing service and Fun atmosphere!. Complexions was WELL worth the hour drive I had to get there! When I first walked in, I immediately felt welcome and relaxed. I had scheduled a color, cut, and style followed by an hour long Swedish massage. At first I was undecided towards exactly what I wanted to do with my hair. The hair stylist ended up being very helpful when it came time to help me pick out exactly what I wanted. I was continually offered water or tea and the service went above and beyond what I was expecting. My hair ended up better then I had even imagined it would. And then the massage.....oh, the massage.....it was heavenly. I walked out of that room on a cloud. Overall, Complexions was UN-BE-LIEVABLE (to say the least). My experience there was worth a thousand words, and all of them would be good. I highly, HIGHLY, recommend trying them out.

Horrible service!. I decided to get at the Complexions spa because of the high ratings and nice reviews.

I also used a Monday offer for first-time customers - $25 for cut and style.

Well if the low price indicates low service, then it's ok. But I didn't know that!!!

The girl at the front desk ignored me for 5 minutes the first time I came in to make an appointment. When I finally made a booking, I asked about details of facials they do in the salon and she could barely describe

what it actually includes...

The girl who cut my hair FORGOT TO TAKE HER SCISSORS with her, so she said she will use mannequin tools. I was confused...especially when I saw her hiding something in her pocket and turning my chair to the side, so I did not see what she used to cut the hair. Maybe there were paper scissors or something!!!! She did a horrible cut: first she was talking about how my fridge needs a texture and then she completely forgot about it - she never cut it once!!!!! Then she decided to style my hair with straighteners!!! I asked her to blowdry because me hair is thin and dry and she did it so that I had fizz all over my head!!!!

I COULD DEFINATELY CUT AND STYLE MY HAIR BETTER THAN HER!!!

Please watch out for a young chubby girl with glasses and poor highlights!!!! I did not get her name!!!

It's a Dream!. Complexions is the type of place that makes you want to hang out and chat it up with the Girls! Love having facials from Donna O'Malley. She's crazy fun to talk with, but is very pampering & indulgent in her work. The whole environment is creative and inspiring, for anyone who is ready to de-stress!

Wonderful Massage. I have never had such a great massage. I think they are the best in the city! We were staying at the Westin Hotel and they were able to accomadate my party of 3 and as an extra the owner dropped us back off at the hotel! Great personal service!
