My Before and After!. I have very curly unmanageble hair. I have never had a good haircut in my life since I came to complexions. My hair looked like a chrismas tree, layered in fron and flat in the back. The stylist gave me layers and made my hair like its never looked before.

Absolutely wonderful!!!!

The staff was very nice and the attention was great!

Take a day and play. I will tell you that Santina is the BEST. I would take the time and ask for Santina.

poor massage, unprofessional staff and management!. I received a massage that was far below average although the price was very high. When I inquired more about the woman's training, I found out that she is trained as an aesthetician and NOT A MASSAGE THERAPIST AT ALL! Is this even legal? Don't waste your money, go to a trained and LICENSED massage therapist.

Relaxing and Enjoyable. I received a gift certificate for my birthday. I read the other reviews, so I was a little apprehensive going in. I am so happy I did! My pedicure and facial were amazing! The esthetician took her time and explained what each product did and how I would benefit. The pedicure was the best part though. Very relaxing. The foot and lower leg massage was awesome! She was great with pressure points. The polish look good too. I've gone back since and look forward to my next pedicure and facial. I will be booking a massage soon!

Not relaxing, Rushed and Messy Wrok.. I had previously went to Complexions for an organic facial and had a wonderful experience, the esthetician was professional and great at her job. So I decided to go back for a mani pedi and my husband got a mens citrus spa pedi. Our service and experience was not worth the money we spent. The nail tech was loud, and kept chomping on her gum the entire time. My mani was extremely rushed and messy and so was my pedicure. My pedi consisted of about 1 minute of exfoliation and 30 seconds of lotion with a 30 second foot massage at all. My husband even had it worse. He got no lotion and no massage at all. The polish was put on sloppy and had gotten on my skin around my toes and fingers and I had to clean it up once I got home. When my pedi was done she was like lets go, and my husband was left with no lotion or foot massage as well as water in his tub and she didnt even give him a towel to dry his feet off. Overall it was horrible and I am made about paying what I did for the service we received, I would never go back there for nail service, but the organic facial I had was great.
