I can not say anything about this store but Do Not go to the location on Delaware St Downtown. They are pirates and do not care about their customers. I will never go back to them. I sent them a e-mail as well as called corporate and No one has called me back yet after a week. I see how they deal with people. I hope the Ditch store is better I know the Allisonville Rd. store is good. Anthony T.

Creative. I have been a customer for many years at The Great Frame up. I am always wowed with the creativity that is used to frame my art. Something as basic as a poster looks fantastic and not so basic. I had two recent framing jobs that were more challenging. The results were TREMENDOUS! The use of color and textured matting along with frames to tie the piece together really brought out the beauty of the art being framed. The honest service good prices and friendly staff make the experience fun

The Great Frame Up Offers Five Star Service / Craftsmanship. I just wanted to take a moment out of my day to brag about the Great Frame Up located at 8550 Ditch Rd, Indianapolis, Indiana. I have been a regular customer for several years now and I am continuously amazed at their professionalism, service, craftsmanship, and value. I cannot believe that in a time when customer service is almost extinct, the staff at The Great Frame Up continues to stay at the vanguard of customer service and quality. The staff is genuinely friendly without having to “force” out a smile or gesture and the atmosphere is truly relaxing allowing you to take the time to pick out the appropriate matte, frame, glass, and other accessories for your prized artwork. Whatever you’re framing needs may be The Great Frame Up will deliver time and time again with amazing results. In an era when many companies are being forced out of business, they should consider visiting The Great Frame Up and “take notes” on how to run a successful business.

Custom framing is a specialty here, and customers can leave it to the pros who will finish the task on-site in about a week. Shadowbox framing also is offered to preserve cherished memories, while conservation framing uses acid-free mats and UV-blocking glass will help preserve irreplaceable art. The shop sells a selection of fine art prints and posters, including hard-to-find, limited edition pieces.
