Great Buisness!. The office staff were very personal and friendly. The owner actually was there to help me and was very accommodating. I am glad to see that there are still businesses that actually care about the customer! I will be taking all my business there when I need them.

GREAT company to do business with!. Very professional. We have used them, as a family, probably at least ten times over the years. We have never had a bad experience with them. During the last instance, my car (which was paid for) came close to being totaled. Of course, I didn't want this, as I didn't really want to purchase a new car yet. They went way out of their way to get the parts they needed to repair this vehicle. I cannot say enough good about this company. They are terrific. Thanks to the staff at Borkowski Collision Repair and especially to the gentleman who does the estimating work.

Horific Experience. Consumer Beware!!! My experience was an insurance claim so it wasnt as if it was out of my pocket and im still writing this review..... In summary, they milked the insurance co for 3.5wks of rental car when they told me the repair would take 3 days, they lied about why it was taking so long (I caught them red handed in the lie) they damaged an item inside the vehicle during the repair and refused to admit there was a problem yet alone fix it, and then finally I was told to "F" off by the manager and that was the last straw. Please beware, I would definitely recommend you seek another selection for your repair needs. I hope this saves you the headache I was caused.…
