Horrible and Frightening, Many pests crawling on walls & floors, horrible smells!. I was absolutely disgusted by this complex. As I entered the hallway I noticed offensive odors coming from inside the building, not to mention all the questionable people loitering about the complex mid-day. As we entered the apartment itself I was taken back by the amount of visible pests climbing the walls, countertops and cabinets. We were told that the water bill was paid by the complex, yet I could not get any hot water to come out of the faucets. The apartments themselves smelled like a sewer pipe had broken. As we rushed out of this filthy disgusting structure, I was absolutely in shock at what I witnessed on the way out. I physically witnessed, blantent activity that is not considered acceptable or legal in any sense of the word. I truly have never seen such horrible things in person (only on television), but this was really a page from some horror story. I mentioned to my son that this place looks like a movie set for C.S.I, a young girl was moving her things out and overheard my comment. She stated that she refused to pay another months rent after numerous complaints to the office about the pest problem, no hot water and the working girls (working in the hallways) after dark. She said an eviction was her only way out of this HELL. I wished her good luck and told her I think she made the right choice. How this apartment complex stays in business and why the company that manages this complex has not been at the very least investigated is beyond me. My son that was apartment shopping stated that he would feel safer sleeping in a box under a bridge. I wholeheartedly agree. This is NO place to bring a child or a young person. The environment alone was enough to make me squeal tires out of the parking lot and pray I never have to look back.
