Great customer service!!. I have problems with my formers ex (Scott Beall), mothers husband (Tom Packard) and Dwayne Collins vandalizing the engine of my car by putting liquid glass in with my anti-freeze and oil. An employee who once worked for Zebart, but doesn't appear to now told me the system worked on a power drain, but actually uses pins which is much better. After finding this out had one added to my hood. I had a few problems which they fixed for free, no questions asked. It's a very good alarm system and sensitivity can be adjusted by the owner. Mine came with a shock sensor and door pins. I found out if someone wants to vandalize your vehicle bad enough, nothing short of killing them will be fool proof! I've had 3 cars ruined in 3 years by serious sh*t heads.

Do not recommend. The price was right, the service wasn't. Brought in car for interior detailing, left with a dirty car.
