they had my car diagnosed in just a short time i needed a ball joint and they were able to repair it the same day so i didn thave to be without a car

we have always brought all of our cars here and will continue to do so in the future. We have never had a negative experience at edwards and if there was ever an issue they made sure to resolve it before we even left the lot.

Jay was extremely professional and polite, he understood that I didnt have much time to wait on the service so he got me in right away and had me back out of the shop in about an hour, I will keep coming back to this place!

i really appreciated all the xtra time jay and his employees spent with me explaining what was wrong with my car. i don't really know anything about cars so i thought it was really nice that they took the extra time to tell me what happened and why it happened it made me feel better about spending themoney to fix my car

I was terrified when my car broke down on the side of 465, i had my children with me and i didn't know what to do. edwards had a tow truck out there in fifteen minutes and made sure that I had a ride not only to the shop to explain what was going on with my car but a ride home so I didn't have to have my kids out all day. the manager(jay I think) kept in touch with me the whole time and made a really bad day not quite so terrible. thanks edwards

it ended up taking an extra day but they made sure everything was done right the first tim eand ill def be back for the tune up i need!!!

I had to bring the car back once because it was doing some weird stuff but jay took care of it and made sure that I was 100% satisfied before I left. thanks jay

it was nice to see that jay and the guys were actually concerened about my car when i came in. they were able to fix it and get me back on the road the same day so Im pleased with their work.

jay was very helpful, he even got me a ride home sinc ethe work they had to do to my impala would take more than one day. he made sure that i had a way to work before we left the shop and had my vehicle ready for him when i got off work the next day, thanks!!!
