Best Nail Service In Indy. Eric is a professional and should be treated as such. My sister and I have been customers of Eric and Donnie for over 2 years. We have never had a scheduling issue. We do however come on the right day and on time. My nails always look great and their pedicures are fabulous. My 86 year old mother loves their personal care.. She is treated gratiously by them. I would recommend them to anyone. Hope to be going for many more years. Barb and Susan

Satisfied Customer for 5+ years!!!. To the dissatisfied customers that say that Eric has a bad attitude. There must have been a reason or reasons that you failed to mention in your review. Maybe YOU were late to your appointment and didn't bother to call. Or maybe you thought you rescheduled but you forgot to call? I'm just saying, there are always two sides to every story. Eric is a professional and should be treated as such by giving value to his time and schedule too. I have been a satisfied client for over 5 years and Eric ALWAYS does a stellar job on my pink & white nails & my pedicures. I recommend Eric to everyone that complements me on my nails and I recommend him to anyone reading this review. All that is asked is that if you make an appointment, be ON TIME because it affects the clients following you & if you are late, it throws my scheduled time off and that is just not right. So, with that being said, I appreciate that Eric insists on clients being on time. It helps me plan my time. Eric, YOU ROCK!! Sondra in Carmel, IN

Horrible Customer Service. I scheduled an appointment over the phone with the owner, Eric, for the following day. When I promptly arrived, he rudely argued in front of customers that I had never called to schedule. There was no attempt to rectify or compromise the situation in any way. On my way out the door, he shouted, "Don't ever come back!"

From prior experiences, I observed Eric, the owner, frequently talking negatively about his clients after they would leave the shop. His behavior is completely unprofessional and rude.

I would NOT recommend Indy Nails to anyone!
