I've been shopping with Patora for years and the staff has always been very helpful with all my needs. I will continue to shop here for many years and refer all my friends there as well

Essentially a Scam!. I sincerely hope they do not last so they can stop ripping people off. They put on a nice face when you walk in the door to get you hooked in to doing business with them. The first time you talk to them everything goes smoothly. However, when you come back start asking the tough questions they bring out people who are very rude and disrespectful and have no interest in working with you. Their entire pricing system is always floating so they can skew it however necessary to maximize their profit. Their prices for custom work are even more ridiculous and at least double that of what you would pay at another store for a comparable or better item. They won't tell you the real price of something until the last minute just to get the most out of you. I have never seen such blatant disrespect towards potential customers in my life. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else. I hope you find this helpful.

Avoid at all costs. I bought a ring that the salesman said could be resized. This location was going out of business so the salesman told me that they did not have anyone there to resize the ring, but that he could ship it to the manufacturer and they could resize it. However, that would cost $50. He explained that I could take it down to any other jewelry store and have it resized and save some money. I then contacted a jewelry store that I have a good relationship with and they told me that the ring could not be resized due to the fact that titanium can't be resized. I took the ring back to Patora the next day and they told me all sales were final and that I could not get my money back. On top of that, the owners/managers refused to come out and see me, I was told that I was a liar, and that they don't care who I tell about my experience or if I ever shop at their other location in Indianapolis. These are not knowledgeable salespeople and are even less knowledgeable about customer service. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE.
