I bought a ring that the salesman said could be resized. This location was going out of business so the salesman told me that they did not have anyone there to resize the ring, but that he could ship it to the manufacturer and they could resize it. However, that would cost $50. He explained that I could take it down to any other jewelry store and have it resized and save some money. I then contacted a jewelry store that I have a good relationship with and they told me that the ring could not be resized due to the fact that titanium can't be resized. I took the ring back to Patora the next day and they told me all sales were final and that I could not get my money back. On top of that, the owners/managers refused to come out and see me, I was told that I was a liar, and that they don't care who I tell about my experience or if I ever shop at their other location in Indianapolis. These are not knowledgeable salespeople and are even less knowledgeable about customer service. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE.
