HORRIBLE. I give this store 0 stars because our experience here was absolutely horrible! They were very nice and helpful when we went in to get fitted, but things definitely changed once we went to actually pick up the tuxes for our wedding. We rented 11 tuxes from this location and half of them did not fit. 3 of the tuxes that did not fit were off by A LOT. They obviously do not know how to measure people correctly, not good for a place that specializes in suits and tuxes. My husband's ( the groom's) tux did not fit him at all. We weren't able to get his tux back until the morning of our wedding, talk about a huge added stress that was not needed during an already stressful day! On top of all of this, all of the employees were extremely rude and the manager only gave us a 50 dollar gift card to make up for all they put us through! The thing was, they gave us the gift card AFTER we already payed for the tuxes...so needless to say that gift card will never be used because we will NEVER return to this store again. We will also strongly encourage our friends to stay away from this place. I have heard tons of bad things from many other men's warehouse locations, so I think it's pretty safe to say it is best to stay away from this place all together.
