Unable to cook a steak. What is it about medium rare that mystifies these guys? My wife ordered a 12oz ribeye medium rare and was served a well done steak. She sent it back and they did it again.

Founded in 1991, this company-owned, franchised eatery is famous for one thing: steak. With decor reminiscent of classic wood-paneled roadhouses that lined Route 66, this restaurant serves up gigantic portions of mesquite-grilled, hand-cut steaks. Families and friends with rumbling stomachs start off with bottomless peanuts before diving into sirloins, rib-eyes and prime rib. Bigger appetites go for the 20-ounce porterhouse. Lighter items include teriyaki-grilled chicken and Santa Fe tilapia.
Two meals for 12.99, Mondays and Tuesdays- Wow. I usually order the Southwestern Talapia meal, and my husband orders the steak- Soooo much food truly for 12.99 plus, tax for a total of about 13.75... that's it! and the food is grrrrrreat! I love the atmosphere, and I love the staff. Howdy- they say... They've fed my family for a year now- and we love it! It's a great reason for us to gather without stress of cooking and cleaning.
Logan's = Southern Hospitality. This quaint roadhouse/steakhouse resturant is one of the best resturant experiences i have ever had. Reasonably priced for the excellent selection of beef, chicken, and seafood. If you are one that goes to resturant for the experience not just food this is a great place. Warm friendly greets at the door, and they never leave you alone until you leave. Its great. You get everything you want without feeling the slam on your budget. A great place for families and big groups. I highly reccommend this resturant for its atmosphere. They make you feel like you are worth millions without making you spend millions on the food.
