Avoid Noblesville location. Forget the Noblesville location. Their posted hours are until 10:00pm. We arrived at 8:45pm. and were told their winter hours were until 9:00pm. Since my daughter only wanted her ear pierced, not a big deal, right? Not true - they needed the 15 minutes to close their money drawer. Seriously!?! Then they went on to explain at their location that 15 minutes wasn't enough time to sterilize the equipment. Also this location requires a state ID and a birth certificate if under 18.

Go to the North location. They are truly open until 10:00pm and are not full of excuses. They are actually friendly too!

The BEST place in Indy to get tattoos!!!. I just came back from getting a tattoo here after reading about the police badge tattoo. Man, these guys are GOOD!! I walked in with no appointment and they took me right in. I told them what I wanted and they drew it right in front of me. I've got 4 tattoos and this is the best one I've ever seen because of the detail and the tattoo cost me less than the one I got 3 years ago!! Monte and Casey are the best there. They even have photo albums filled with their individual work and it is MIND BLOWING!!

Simply Amazing!! The only place to have a tattoo done.. I ran into a bind because I had gone to another shop to have them design a tattoo for my husband?s birthday. The other tattoo shop took my money, but never delivered on a design. :( A friend told me about this place and I went and it was AMAZING!! The work they did on my husband?s tattoo is phenomenal!! It looks like someone stuck a police badge on his skin. He got two police badges and a flag tattooed on his arm. It?s freaky how real it looks. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop!!!!!!! Casey also does work on some very famous people. Ask him, he will tell you. :) Their walls are covered in awards for their work and the place was VERY clean. I just couldn?t be happier with the service, artwork, or people there. And it?s always busy! Don?t make the mistake I made by going somewhere else first. Save your gas and check out Artistic Skin Designs on West Washington. You won?t go anywhere else after you have been here.

Awesome Place for a Tat. Ken did both of my tattoos and I plan on getting more there. Good clean place and friendly staff. I also like making pasta salads, long walks on the beach, and frightening librarians, like Mary Hatch in the alternate universe in It's a Wonderful Life. Pills and cat whiz are good by the way.
