problems with managment. I personally had a huge problem with my stay here. Did not get the room I requested and the manager was completely rude and incompetent-overheard her going on about personal problems and such. When trying to reach a resolution as to my room problem, her attitude came across as very b*tchy. Did not get my room switched. Fairfields are usually very nice (clean) hotels with friendly staff-she did let me know that she was somewhat new so will probably improve.
