Average. Hofmeister used to be my "go-to"jeweler in Indpls. The staff and service has changed over the past 6 months.

When I went in last month to talk about ordering a stone for a ring setting, I was flat out ignored and obviously not worth their time. Keep in mind, I am a regular customer and they know my face and my name.

I no longer have loyalty to Hofmeisters. I noticed they are closed on Mondays now to cut back on their hours possible due to bankruptcy. Seems desperate.

There are a lot of better jewelers out there and the customer service elsewhere surpasses my recent visits to Hofmeister.

A True Gem. My husband bought my engagement ring here (actually, had it designed) and ever since, this is the only jewelry store we will use. The customer service is outstanding; the sales staff are knowledgable and even remember you from previous visits. The quality of course is outstanding. Definitely worth it if you need some special sparkle.
