Excellent All you can eat Buffet. Chinese food like most food should be prepared to order but that is so rare these days except at very upscale chinese restaurants and at the little hole in the wall chinese restaurants that having been said the Chinese Ruby is a rare Gem indeed. It is really well prepared Chinese food in an upscale atmosphere with way above average buffet food the selection may not please everyone but what they do have is exceptionally well prepared and seasoned without resorting to MSG. The wait staff is warm and friendly and very attentive.
