Really impressed. What really impressed me most about this dealership was the way that the employees worked together as a team. Everyone chipped in to help me, and ultimately found me what I was looking for, and delivered it to me flawlessly at a good price. I was also impressed by the way that they treated me, a new customer, like someone they wanted to keep for the long run. There was a lot of good information given and not a lot of hard selling. By the way, my '09 Silverado is the best truck I have ever owned.

Great experience. My overall experience with Penske Chevrolet was great. I never felt pressured and everyone seemed to go out of their way to be sure I was happy and completely satisfied with my transaction. I was very impressed with the fact that my salesman took me over to the service dept. to show me where I would need to go for oil changes, etc. Mr. Scott (in the service dept.) even took the time to show me the lounge area of the service dept. if I came in and would have to wait on my car and also told me where the drop boxes were for the keys. I can tell that everyone at Penske Chevrolet has be trained very well in making customer service the best possible. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in a heartbeat! Thank you!
