The food was very good, the service was better, but the margaritas were the best. I will say the spot is well hidden so keep your eyes peeled. When you see the sign letting you know where to turn, it will be worth the search.

El Jaripeo will surely be one of you favorites and you will need a fix real quick of the food.
I've seen 3 expansions to the restaurant and the service never dropped.

Be daring try some REAL mexican food, remember it does not have to be burn your mouth hot to be real mexican food, just delicious and presented fast, and hot to really enjoy.
Been going to the E. Eashington El Jaripeo since it opened. Food is still great, service is fast and efficient. Prices have inched up, but the lunch specials are the best value in town. Saturday is "Hot and Spicy Burrito" special lunch day. Great food for $3.50. We eaten at the other El Jaripeo and El Rodeo's but E. Washington is the best.
