Good Salsa. The food was very good, the service was better, but the margaritas were the best. I will say the spot is well hidden so keep your eyes peeled. When you see the sign letting you know where to turn, it will be worth the search.
Editorial Review by Christy Buena. Locals flock to the casual eatery for fresh and authentic Mexican cuisine offered at reasonable prices.
Traditional Mexican fare, without the coroprate menu. Fun Fast Flavorful Areeba!.
Now where in town can you get fajitas de cameron (shrimp fajitas) with beans, rice, salad, 3 tortillas and a dos xx's for less than $20. HERE! Where can you get the order made with leave out the green peppers and add jalipenos ( not from a can but fresh sliced longway) and the waiter will not bat an eye?? HERE!! The friendly wait staff will greet you with warmth and are eager to serve. Go often and tip well and they will try to get you everytime and the service will be great everytime. Don't want to fight the groups use the bar / lounge area enjoy the soccer game or other shows on the TV So what if you don't understand the announcer your food is to the table you won't have time to care.
El Jaripeo will surely be one of you favorites and you will need a fix real quick of the food.
I've seen 3 expansions to the restaurant and the service never dropped.

WE LOVE IT. The food here is wonderful and it is a great value. I recommend the El Jaripeo Fajitas! The servers are polite and attentive. One of my favorite places to eat.
still great. Been going to the E. Eashington El Jaripeo since it opened. Food is still great, service is fast and efficient. Prices have inched up, but the lunch specials are the best value in town. Saturday is "Hot and Spicy Burrito" special lunch day. Great food for $3.50. We eaten at the other El Jaripeo and El Rodeo's but E. Washington is the best.
Good Place for Mexican. The family goes here with friends nearly every weekend after the kids ball games. Great food, Great drinks, Great service.
