Over Priced and Rude Customer Service. I had an aweful experience from the time I walked in the door to when I walked out the door. The front desk receptionist was an older lady with an attitude. I explained I had an appointment and she brushed me off continuing to talk of the phone. ( sounded like a personal call) Then she asked me again what I was there for. I said I had a hair appt. she said really ? in a cocky way. I then sat in my chair to explain to the girl how I would like my hair done. As I was explaining she said we give everyone a scalp treat ment and it is part of the cost. The scalp treat ment consisted of 2 sprays of something and a quick rub then off to wash my hair. I received my hair cut and and blow dry and off I was sent out the door. I didnt even get to check it out. I was told 45.00 for a hair cut and she stood there til I gave her a tip. Not that I wasnt but to stand there waiting I felt was awefully rude. when I returned home I finished styling my hair as she did nothing to it and noticed how uneven and chopped up it was. I woukd rather go to GREAT CLIPS for a 12.00 hair cut and know it is right before I leave then get treated like I wasnt good enough to be in their Salon. Aweful Customer Service &Highly Priced Services. I wouldn't mind paying any price for my hair, but not at that Salon again.

Great little salon. Great products, great service, very nice local salon/spa. All Aveda products which can be a little strong smelling. You'll go for a haircut and come back for the free pre-cut scalp massage!
