Good Doughnuts HORRIBLE cutomer service. My wife and I went into this Longs several times. The Doughnuts are good but the customer service SUCKZ. The girls that work there are rude and nasty and never say Thank You. One time my wife and I went to Longs I purchased some doughnuts and after I paid I said "Thank You" and the girl juts looked at me and said "Yeah" rolled her eyes and walked away. Good place you guys just need to teach these girls customer service. If they don't like working the leave.

PS - You guys think you could make more yeast doughnuts so when my wife go into there 3 hours before you guys close we don't have one of your rude employees telling us "oh...where out....we have som brownies but thats it" Sheeesh...give me a break........

Worst service ive had in a long time. My son and I went there this morning, hes 2 so mind you he was very excited. The young girls behind the counter glared at us and waited on 2 other customers who came in after us, only to say "what do you want?" Just as rude as could be. They are cash only which is a huge inconvienence I dont carry cash who does anymore? So I had to go around the corner and use an ATM. I come back my stuff is on the counter open. Theres 2 young women behind the counter the ones standing there as if she might be a statue and the other waits on 4 more customers while I stand there waiting to pay. Mind you she checked out each customer before me. Our donuts were hard and the bottom of my pecan roll had flour crusted all over it. YUck dont waste your time or your money. If they want repeat customers fire your rude staff and invest in a credit card machine!!!
