Whether you're watching the Triple-A Indianapolis Indians or just want a great view of downtown it's the perfect place.. In Short
Victory Field opened in 1996, replacing the Indians' previous ballpark, Bush Stadium (a mini Wrigley Field) with one more like Baltimore's Camden Yards--modern amenities, a retro look. Here's a suggested evening: Get to the ballpark around 6pm, grab a brat, Tribe fries (thick-cut fried potatoes) and your favorite beverage, take your seat and enjoy the Indianapolis Indians taking on that day's opponent. Or take in a day game: It's not heaven, but it's darn close.
