This is literally the worst hotel I've ever been to. Do not go here! The staff was so awful we left before our stay was even finished. They were rude, disrespectful, and all around awful. Do not stay here, its a total waste of money!!

Wonderful customer service. This is so a unique hotel.. Its actually in the first Union Station in the US. Their traincars are so wonderful, they are all themed and they are all different. If you love trains or have a passion for them, this is the place to stay. This hotel is so different from all the other ones downtown and its right next to Lucas Oil Stadium. That I love! I can literally work across the street! Beautiful place! You will fall in love with it.!
