I called on Roto-Rooter to clean out the main sewer line due to tree roots. Kyle, the technician, arrived at my residence in about 25 minutes and this was on a Saturday afternoon. He took the time to explain the process and stayed longer to make sure the job was done right. He was extremely professional and provided excellent service. I have used two other plumbing companies over the past 7 years for various problems with my older home, but I will be calling Roto-Rooter for any problems in the future. I even saved $25 from a coupon the company had printed in the yellow pages.

I am very happy with the service I received. The plumber was out the same day, was very courtious and friendly and cleaned up everything afterwards. I also was impressed with the 6 month guarantee.
