Not a good second visit. My first stop at the Mr Dans on West Washington was for lunch on Saturday 11-06-2010. The burger was made fresh (not frozen) in front of me, the fries were hot and the food came out ASAP. Delicious!! There was maybe 5 people waiting in front of me.

I went again on Friday 11-12-2010 for lunch and maybe 7 people waiting in front of me. The glass by the grill was filthy with grease, couldn't hardly see the grill. It took 20 minutes to get my food, a Big Dan (single) deluxe w/ cheese, fries and a drink. Got out to my car and tried a fry, ice cold, burger and bun cold too. A coworker of mine was there and he too comfirmed cold food. I was not happy, and didn't have time to go back in to complain.

The thing is, you had 7 people standing in there, and there was no food on the grill from what I could see. The personel was different the 2nd time except for 1 girl who was there both times. She was not cooking. I don't know why Mr. Dans had problems before but if they plan on operating like this, I for one will not go back and I can't see it lasting long with such inconsistency.

If I could find a corporate website I'd tell them all this too but I can't seem to find one. I will give them one more try and I hope it works out better than my 2nd visit. It may just be the way they are running this site that is the problem. I plan on trying a different site when I get a chance.

my favs. the burgers are to die for. great home fries. i would travel across town for a mr dans burger and home fries!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

NICE AND BIG.... THE BURGERS ARE NICE AND BIG...DEFINATELY WORTH THE EXTRA COUPLE OF BUCKS...SEARED ON A GRILL THE OLD FASHIONED WAY...A NICE CHANGE FROM THE OLD "VALUE MEAL".
