TERRIBLE! i will never go back here. I went in to get some layers around my face (i have long hair...HAD long hair), and she (the OWNER of the place) took pieces from the top of my head, combed them forward and hacked them off with a razor leaving 2 chunks of hair that are like 2 or 3 inches long, hanging on the sides of my face near my eyes- when the rest of my hair is chest-length. Not at all what i wanted or what even looks normal...I can't believe how skill-less and unprofessional she is. It looked so bad, i had to go to another much more professional salon to get my hair fixed, and even though she was able to fix it to some extent, it is still FAR from what i wanted and it will take awhile for those pieces to grow back in. I will NEVER go back to sunseekers. She did not seem to have a clue what she was doing or put any thought into it when she took a razor and hacked chunks of hair off the top of my head. I will go somewhere else where the stylists take time to find out what you want and ask you questions and make suggestions before they cut.
