Editorial Review for Vogue Theatre – by Kate Shoup Welsh
In Short
Despite this venue's intimate setting (600 capacity), the Vogue has attracted big names: Todd Rundgren, Tori Amos, George Clinton, Buckwheat Zydeco, Wilco, Guided By Voices and more. But despite its incredible list of alumni, the Vogue, which was a movie theater in a former life, still offers great local music. Even when big-name bands aren't in town, the venue open most nights, usually featuring DJs who play dance music.

The vogue always seems to be the hot spot in Broadripple, so always very busy, but is a good thing because they take good care of their customers. The bartenders are always slammed with people but take good care of you. Drinks are a great price. Good place to check out!

The Vogue is old news. The bartenders are the only reason to go. And there are only a few goods ones left. It is crowded and stuck in the past. The website isn't even complimentary to even their few good points. Get with the times. Best location to get grabbed on maybe.
Pros: bartenders
Cons: the building it self is out dated
