good choice for Indian buffet. Shalimar has delicious vegetarian and non-veggie choices on their buffet. service is great, and i would definitely recommend this place to others, especially those new to Indian cuisine.

Great buffet. This is one of the best buffets in town. I think it may be owned by the India Palace people since the menu template is the same and the sauces taste similar. Not too crowded and the waiters are nice. Good variety and some that you don't often see. Always has the chicken tikka masala and palak paneer which are the favorites and has a lot of desserts, too.
