needs to improve!. this place use to be a really fun bar to go to but seems to have taken a huge turn for the worst in the past year! the dj downstairs is rude if you request a song, the bouncers seem to care more about picking you up than they do about security, and the servers are just either drunk every night or that loopy that you think they are! my favorite server was a blonde, mandy who was there last year and then this year and always made sure we were waited on quick and was cool to chit chat with but now she's not there anymore. the new servers just dont care about the job like she did. change the atmosphere peppers so us regulars will come back!

Poor Peppers Experience. Bar tender was incredibly rude and not helpful.... No sense of customer service. I took a picture and she reached across the bar and grabbed my phone out of my hand and deleted the photo

Needless to say... don't take a pic near bartenders unless you want your phone snatched out of your hands!

There are other bars that are much better and actually care about their customers!

Peppers at Ft. Harrison. Peppers just reopened the bar in Ft. Harrison formerly called Shots. I went there on Tuesday, 4-22-08. The only negative thing I have is the band was way too loud for a Tuesday night at 9:30. For only 40 people in the entire bar, the PA was three times the size that in needed to be for the room and the band wouldn't turn the volume down any. Why go out and spend money on a Tuesday night if you can't converse with your friends or meet new people because you can't hear them?

The bar itself still looks very nice, but I think the management should think about the market, which might be a little more into conversation than a Broad Ripple bar on Sat. night.

One Bartendar's View. I recently decided to take a night off and be the guest instead of the bartender for once, and I am so glad I did. I went to Peppers in Broad Ripple and had the time of my life. The crowd is a great mix of people, the drinks were reasonably priced, and the staff was great!! I have been in the service industry for 10 years and I rarly have this good of an experience, to say the least it was a blast. I recommend visiting Peppers...it was worth taking the night off!!

Great overall experience. Love this place! So much to do with live bands upstairs and a full service club downstairs. The place is clean and doesn't smell like some of the places around it. Tons of hot women!

Best of everything!. My girlfriend and I stopped by Peppers tonight while out in Broad Ripple. All I can say is WOW! Although nobody in Broad Ripple was very busy tonight, Peppers was surely the most fun. We had planned on bar hopping tonight, but instead, we found ourselves staying at Peppers and enjoying the live band upstairs. During the breaks, we popped downstairs and danced for a bit. GREAT DJ downstairs, and all the bar staff were very nice. We were pleasantly surprised when we found that they have 10 pool tables downstairs! This club really has the BEST of everything. Live music upstairs, dancing and pool downstairs. Great looking people, awesome bar staff, etc. I just can't say enough about this bar! Definitely my new favorite, we won't be going anywhere else from now on!

Check it out!. I just went to Pepper's for the first time last weekend. . . it rocked! If you are looking for cheap drinks, hot bartenders, and plenty of music, then Pepper's is the place! I haven't had so much fun in ages. I will be going back tonight to kick off the holidays! I would suggest checking it out.

peppers nightclub. place is looking great and love going there. like the 2 levels for the 2 forms that you provide. staff looks great and wiil be attending more often when in town

RUDE BAR SERVICE. WAS REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE BAR PEOPLE AND SERVERS- IT APPEARS THEY ARE ONLY THERE FOR THE MONEY AND NOT SERVING THE PUBLIC WITH A COURTEOUS SMILE AND PERSONALITY

Horrible service. Need to be nicer to people. Condecending bartenders and doormen make for a very unpleasant experience.
