In Short
New Orleans cuisine is served in a quaint historic home built in the late 1800s. A Louisiana-style courtyard competes seasonally with themed rooms, but late-night and weekend live jazz lures diners back inside. The food is spicy, with "nouvelle cuisine," and includes French Creole, Cajun and noveau cuisine. Specialties include shrimp- and crawfish-stuffed chops, pecan-crusted mahi mahi, red beans and rice. Hurricanes, Cajun Marys and martinis, rumrunners and Creole coffee are strong and delicious.

fun but not great. the music and mood of the resaurant was fantastic, however the food was terrible. the attitude of the manager was horrible.

just too darn good. The jazz cooker not only has an amazing menue, but the atmosphere is breathtaking. I have yet to find a broadripple restaurant with such life. The music is great, the food is even better...what more could a guest ask for?
