It's all about relationship. If you're more concerned about the quality of your stringed instruments than you are about housekeeping, this is the store for you. It's not dirty or anything--just crowded. I've been going to About Music for years, and I've never seen Robert try to sell more guitar than a person needs.

Genial, knowledgeable, considerate, easy-going, no-pressure, and a lot of good judgment--if those are the kinds of qualities you're looking for in the guy behind the counter, then check this place out.

But they don't carry every thing--the stuff they do have is good stuff--if you want a Walmart guitar, don't go there.
